As I have mentioned in previous communications, I am in the process of meeting with each department to review the clinical enterprise strategic plan. I have met with Pediatrics and Family Medicine, and have scheduled meetings with most of the other departments. The scheduled meetings are listed below. I hope you will mark your calendars and attend your department’s meeting. It is important that we all understand our vision and plans going forward, as we work to leverage our clinical strengths and attract a patient payer mix that will allow us to continue our traditional mission of caring for the underserved.
