MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN OF MEDICINE

I know many of you have a keen interest in the changes underway in the clinical enterprise, and I am writing to invite you to attend tomorrow’s UTMB Community Forum on the Clinical Enterprise in Levin Hall from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. I will present an overview of the clinical enterprise strategic plan and Dr. Karen Sexton will present an update on service initiatives in the hospital. Dr. Larry Stanberry will address the faculty compensation plan from a Chair’s perspective, and Dr. Stobo will give an update on the legislative agenda. This is just one in a series of communications we will be having with you about the strategic plan for the School of Medicine. There will be an opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
